Or maybe not. The number of billionaires in the world has apparently increased to 1,011. I am tempted to enter into discussion on the ethics of financial inequality, but fear it may take longer than the time I available.

Supermarket dominance of the food sector is not new, but occasionally one is reminded just how far things have gone – on popping out in the evening to buy some wine (with apologies to those with ethical concerns over alcohol) I thought I would go the local(ish) off license, which on arrival I discovered had ceased trading. It is called the Way Green Portfolio Fund, and is managed by Vestra Wealth, via Way Fund Managers. The fund will invest in a range of investment funds that specialise in all aspects of environmental technology, protection and climate change mitigation.
