At Ethical Investors, we have developed a unique mortgage service to cater for the needs of the ethical investor.

The service has proven extremely popular with existing clients and has attracted many new people to ethical mortgages for the first time.

Many clients have benefited from both the Mortgage and Remortgage service. Those paying standard variable rates or nearing the end of a fixed/discounted period found it financially and ethically beneficial to review their existing mortgage. It has been possible to not only reduce overall outgoings, but to also take the opportunity of selecting a more ethical lender.

Ethical Criteria

Our analysis of the mortgage market has led us to categorise lenders into five distinct groups. We have grouped lenders in terms of their general ethical position based on some standard ethical guidelines.

No Additional Charges

Ethical Investors is one of the few mortgage advice providers in the UK to make no additional fee/commission charges to our clients.

We are remunerated by the lenders, via payment of an introductory fee. It is Ethical Investors policy, in most circumstances, to limit our remuneration to this one-off fee.
